5-Year Fabric Warranty

Select commercial and residential fabric series include a 5-year warranty covering fabric performance under normal residential use when the care guidelines below are followed. Your quote confirmation will list the warranty and certifications that apply to your specific fabric choices.

Color fastness (varies by fabric series): up to Grade 8 on select commercial fabrics; ISO 105-B02 Level 4 on applicable polyester roller fabrics; honeycomb and other series may range from Grade 4–8 depending on material.

Motor & Controls

Motorized products support 110V plug-in and lithium battery power. Lithium battery models feature removable, rechargeable batteries (USB Type-C on select honeycomb models) with up to six months of typical use per charge — compatible with thin solar panel accessories. Precision limit switches and screw-spool drive systems help ensure accurate stop positions. Specific warranty terms for motors and electronic components are confirmed with your order.

Care & Cleaning

Per product fabric care specifications:

• Remove dust with a vacuum cleaner or compressed air.
• Do not use solvents or abrasive substances — they may damage fabric coatings.
• Rinse with clean water when needed.
• Leave the shade down until completely dry before raising again.
• For small stains on coated fabrics, gently rub with a clean white pencil eraser.

Select fabrics are tested and certified to standards relevant to the North American market (availability varies by fabric series):

• Fire resistance: NFPA 701 (USA)
• Indoor air quality: GREENGUARD Gold
• Antimicrobial performance: ASTM G21; ISO 22196:2007
• Independent testing: SGS

Fabrication Methods

Fabrics may be cut by cold cut, ultrasonic, crush cut, or laser. Seaming and hemming options include thermal, high-frequency, ultrasonic, or sewing — selected based on fabric type for durability and appearance.
