Motors — 3 Years

Motor coverage lasts 3 years from the purchase date. For qualifying quality issues not caused by human error, the remedy is replacement rather than repair. Coverage includes motor malfunctions and natural part damage; it does not cover improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or human-caused damage.

Remotes & Other Parts — 1 Year

Remote controls and other supplied parts carry a 1-year warranty. Keep your order reference and photos of any issue so we can help confirm the appropriate replacement.

Fabrics & Care

Fabric performance depends on the material and how it is used. We do not state a fixed fabric-warranty term online; your quote will confirm any applicable coverage. Follow the product-specific care instructions included with your order.

• Remove surface dust gently with a soft vacuum attachment or a dry cloth.
• Avoid solvents, abrasives, and harsh cleaning products.
• Contact us before wet-cleaning or treating stains so we can confirm the right method for your fabric.

Smart Controls & Power

Available power and smart-control options vary by product and motor. Tuya Wi-Fi and Zigbee options use the Tuya app. Matter options require a compatible Thread border router. We confirm the exact motor, power source, controller, and compatibility in your quote before ordering.
