By using the VeyraShade website and submitting an order for quote, you agree to these terms.

Your Relationship with VeyraShade

You work directly with VeyraShade for quotes, orders, and support. We manage your project from order through delivery.

Custom Orders

All blinds, shades, and drapery are custom-made to the dimensions and options you specify. Accurate measurements are your responsibility unless professional measuring services are separately arranged. Custom products may not be returnable except for defects covered under warranty.

Quotes & Pricing

Online order submissions produce quote requests, not binding orders. Final pricing, lead times, and shipping costs are confirmed in writing before payment. We will beat a competitor's written quote for the same specifications when you provide those details.

Delivery

After you approve your order and it is submitted for production, allow an estimated 2–4 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. We will confirm a tighter timeline in your quote. Timing may vary by product line and order size.

Response Time

We usually respond to quote requests within 24 hours on business days.

Warranty

Fabric and product warranties are described on our Warranty & Care page and confirmed with your order.

VeyraShade™, the VeyraShade logo, and related branding are trademarks of VeyraShade. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
