Send us a competitor's written quote with the same product type, dimensions, fabric level, and control options. Upload it when you submit your order or reply to our quote email. We'll work to beat their price on matching specifications.

After you approve and submit your order (post-quote), allow about 4–6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery by sea freight. Air freight is typically faster. Oversized items can take longer. Timing varies by product line, size, and order volume — we'll confirm the expected window in your quote.

Building and submitting on our site is a quote request — no charge, no commitment. We review your order table, confirm options, and email pricing. When you're ready to proceed, we'll send payment and final-order instructions.

Inside mount fits within the frame for a clean look — enter the narrowest width and longest height of the opening. We apply standard factory deductions for clearance; do not subtract them yourself. Outside mount covers the frame and adds overlap for better light blocking — enter the full coverage size you want. These are opening/coverage measurements, not finished product cut sizes.

No. Enter your window opening (inside mount) or desired coverage (outside mount). We and the factory convert those into production sizes with normal clearances. If you are unsure, request a free measure review before approving production.

Roller, zebra, roman, honeycomb, Dream, and curtain-track options vary by motor. Many products offer 110V plug-in or rechargeable lithium battery power; some battery curtain systems are remote-only. Tuya Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, and Matter availability depends on the selected motor and power source. Tuya options use the Tuya app. Matter requires a compatible Thread border router, such as supported Apple Home, Alexa, or Google Home devices. We confirm compatibility in your quote.

In the order builder, select a preferred color family (white, beige, gray, linen, and more) plus fabric opacity (blackout, semi-blackout, sunscreen, sheer, etc.). We do not lock a specific factory fabric code on the website — exact codes are confirmed on your quote, and can be reviewed privately or on a free consultation before you approve production.

Every order table submitted on our site undergoes a thorough Measure Review by our team. We check width-to-height proportions, mounting depths, and mechanism clearances before generating your quote. If you have any doubt about whether a window was measured correctly, we offer a free walkthrough consultation (by video or email) to verify your dimensions before production.

Quotes are not a commitment. Reply to the quote email with any fabric, size, mount, or motor changes and we’ll revise the pricing before you approve production. Once an order is submitted to the factory, changes may not be possible or may require a remake fee — we’ll tell you clearly before anything is locked in.

Our motorized options work with the leading smart home and voice control ecosystems:

• Apple Home: Native control via Matter over Thread on lithium battery motors (requires Apple HomePod mini, HomePod 2nd gen, or Apple TV 4K).
• Amazon Alexa: Matter over Thread on supported Echo devices (e.g. Echo 4th gen) or via the Tuya Alexa skill for Wi-Fi and Zigbee motors.
• Google Home: Matter over Thread (Nest Hub 2nd gen, Nest Hub Max) or via the Tuya Google Assistant integration.
• Samsung SmartThings: Direct Matter over Thread pairing with SmartThings Station / Hub v3 or Tuya cloud link.
• Handheld Remotes: 1, 2, 6, or 16-channel AC123 multi-channel remotes for simple, zero-hub manual control.

Tuya options use the Tuya app. Tuya Zigbee needs a Zigbee hub / gateway. Matter needs a Thread border router for Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, or SmartThings. In the order builder, when you select Zigbee or Matter you can tell us whether you already have a hub or want one quoted with your order. We confirm all motor and protocol specifications on your itemized quote.

Solar charging panels are not listed as a standard website option. Lithium motors recharge with the included charger (or wired power where selected). If you have a special power question, note it on your quote request and we’ll advise.

Openness determines how tightly the solar screen fabric is woven:

• 1% Openness: Maximum privacy, highest heat blocking, and maximum glare reduction (ideal for home theaters and computer monitors).
• 3% – 5% Openness: The most popular balanced option — excellent glare control and UV protection while preserving natural daylight and outdoor views.
• 10% Openness: Maximum outward view and daylight transmission, with moderate UV filtration (ideal for north-facing windows or rooms with stunning vistas).
