Why don't you show prices on the website?

Every window is custom — fabric, size, mount, and motor options all affect the quote. We review your full order table and send itemized pricing, usually within 24 hours. That way you get accurate numbers for your exact specs, not a generic estimate.

How does the price-match promise work?

Send us a competitor's written quote with the same product type, dimensions, fabric level, and control options. Upload it when you submit your order or reply to our quote email. We'll work to beat their price on matching specifications.

How long until I receive my shades?

After you approve and submit your order (post-quote), allow an estimated 2–4 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. Timing can vary by product line and order size — we'll confirm a tighter window when we send your quote. We're verifying lead times with our manufacturer and will update estimates if needed.

What's the difference between a quote request and placing an order?

Building and submitting on our site is a quote request — no charge, no commitment. We review your order table, confirm options, and email pricing. When you're ready to proceed, we'll send payment and final-order instructions.

Can you help me measure my windows?

Yes. See our measuring guide and printable worksheet. We also offer a free online consultation — by video or email — to walk through measurements room by room before you submit. Mention it in your order notes or email inquiries@veyrashade.com.

Inside mount vs. outside mount — which should I choose?

Inside mount fits within the frame for a clean look — use the narrowest width and longest height you measured. Outside mount covers the frame and adds overlap for better light blocking — ideal for shallow frames. Our configurator shows depth requirements when you pick a mount type.

What motor options are available?

Roller and many shade types offer 110V plug-in motors or rechargeable lithium battery options. Motorized rollers are quoted as base shade plus motor. Smart home protocols (Matter, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi) can be selected in the configurator where applicable.

What if my measurements are wrong?

Double-check using our guide before submitting — measure every window individually, even if they look the same size. If you're unsure, book an online consultation or email us photos and dimensions. We'll flag anything that looks off in your quote response.

Do you install shades, or is it DIY?

Most customers install themselves — hardware and instructions are included. See our installation guide for what to expect. Need help after delivery? Contact support@veyrashade.com.

Can I save my order and finish later?

Yes. The order builder saves to your browser automatically. You can also download a PDF summary or CSV, or use the share link from the save banner to resume on another device.
